Ensign Court - Proxy Form

Please fill in this form if you are unable to attend the Ensign Court General Meeting on 29th April 2025, but would like someone else attending the meeting to vote on your behalf. The deeds require our meetings to have a minimum attendance, so filling in this form helps us ensure we meet the requirements to hold an official meeting.

If you end up attending the meeting in person, your proxy will be void, and you will be able to vote yourself.

To fill in this form, you must be the owner of a flat in Blocks 6, 7, 8, 10 or 11 Mitchell Street. Tenants are not eligible.
